Scaling Creative for Impact at Articulate

Led the evolution of Articulate’s Brand Design team—from a flat group of 5 to a multidisciplinary team of 15+ spanning UX/UI, campaigns, copy, motion, growth, in-product, and events. I directed creative for key product and feature launches, driving trials, boosting adoption, and unlocking cross-sell opportunities across the funnel.

Our team built scalable systems and frameworks—from design ops to briefing workflows—that , streamlined output, and earned executive buy-in. Alongside product design leadership, I made sure our brand showed up consistently (andmeaningfully) across key moments in the user journey—ultimately helping people stick around and get more value from the product.

Creativity at the Speed of AI

To support the launch of Articulate’s new integrated AI features, I directed the creative team in building a campaign that highlighted how AI unlocks creativity and boosts productivity — helping users generate workplace training content up to 9x faster.

Working closely with product, marketing, and key stakeholders, we delivered a bold, cohesive creative system that elevated the product story, emphasized speed and ease, and helped position Articulate as the leader in AI-powered e-learning innovation.
